Die Premium-Mitgliedschaft richtet sich ausschließlich an gewerbliche Fachbetriebe (Unternehmer i. S. d. § 14 BGB). Für Auftraggeber ist die Nutzung der Plattform kostenlos.
Es stehen folgende Tarife zur Auswahl (monatliche Mitgliedschaft):

* Es gelten die im Bestellprozess vor Vertragsschluss angezeigten Preise und Leistungen. Etwaige Umsatzsteuer wird dort ausgewiesen. Die genannten Beträge sind eine Orientierung zum Stand Juni 2026 und können sich ändern.
Zeitlich oder mengenmäßig begrenzte Aktionen (z. B. kostenlose Gründer-Plätze) können angeboten werden; die jeweiligen Aktionsbedingungen werden gesondert ausgewiesen.
(1) Der Vertrag über die Mitgliedschaft kommt mit Abschluss des Bestellvorgangs zustande. Die Abrechnung erfolgt über unseren Zahlungsdienstleister Stripe per hinterlegtem Zahlungsmittel.
(2) Die Mitgliedschaft läuft monatlich und verlängert sich automatisch um jeweils einen weiteren Monat, solange sie nicht gekündigt wird. Das Entgelt wird zu Beginn des jeweiligen Abrechnungszeitraums im Voraus fällig.
Die Mitgliedschaft ist jederzeit zum Ende des laufenden Abrechnungszeitraums kündbar – bequem und ohne Angabe von Gründen über die Funktion „Abo verwalten/kündigen" im Dashboard (Stripe-Kundenportal) oder per E-Mail an info@auftragio.com.
(1) Nach Wirksamwerden der Kündigung endet die kostenpflichtige Sichtbarkeit zum Ende des bereits bezahlten Zeitraums; bereits gezahlte Entgelte für laufende Zeiträume werden nicht anteilig erstattet, soweit nicht zwingend gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.
(2) Das Recht zur außerordentlichen Kündigung aus wichtigem Grund bleibt für beide Seiten unberührt.
Da sich die Premium-Mitgliedschaft an Unternehmer richtet, besteht kein gesetzliches Verbraucher-Widerrufsrecht. Sollte im Einzelfall ausnahmsweise ein Verbrauchervertrag vorliegen, gelten die gesetzlichen Verbraucherschutzvorschriften; in diesem Fall wird eine gesonderte Widerrufsbelehrung im Bestellprozess bereitgestellt.
Wir können Preise und Leistungen für künftige Abrechnungszeiträume mit angemessener Vorankündigung ändern. Bist du mit einer Änderung nicht einverstanden, kannst du zum Wirksamwerden der Änderung kündigen; nutzt du die Mitgliedschaft danach weiter, gilt die Änderung als angenommen.
Mit Ende der Mitgliedschaft entfallen die kostenpflichtigen Funktionen (z. B. Sichtbarkeit für neue Anfragen). Das Konto und das Profil können – soweit nicht gesondert gelöscht – bestehen bleiben. Bei Sperrung wegen Verstößen (vgl. AGB) kann die kostenpflichtige Leistung ohne Erstattung entfallen, soweit der Verstoß dies rechtfertigt.

The premium membership is aimed exclusively at commercial specialist businesses (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB). For clients, use of the platform is free of charge.
The following tariffs are available (monthly membership):

Time-limited or quantity-limited promotions (e.g. free founder places) may be offered; the respective promotion terms are shown separately.
(1) The contract for the membership is concluded upon completion of the order process. Billing is carried out via our payment service provider Stripe using the stored means of payment.
(2) The membership runs monthly and renews automatically by a further month at a time, as long as it is not terminated. The fee is due in advance at the start of the respective billing period.
The membership can be terminated at any time as of the end of the current billing period – conveniently and without stating reasons via the "Manage/cancel subscription" function in the dashboard (Stripe customer portal) or by e-mail to info@auftragio.com.
(1) After the termination takes effect, the paid visibility ends at the end of the period already paid for; fees already paid for ongoing periods are not refunded pro rata unless mandatorily required by law.
(2) The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected for both sides.
Since the premium membership is aimed at entrepreneurs, there is no statutory consumer right of withdrawal. Should a consumer contract exceptionally exist in an individual case, the statutory consumer protection provisions apply; in this case, a separate withdrawal notice is provided in the order process.
We may change prices and services for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice. If you do not agree with a change, you can terminate as of when the change takes effect; if you continue to use the membership afterwards, the change is deemed accepted.
At the end of the membership, the paid functions cease (e.g. visibility for new requests). The account and profile may remain – unless separately deleted. In the event of blocking due to breaches (cf. GTC), the paid service may cease without a refund, insofar as the breach justifies this.

Członkostwo premium jest skierowane wyłącznie do firm specjalistycznych prowadzących działalność gospodarczą (przedsiębiorców w rozumieniu § 14 BGB). Dla zleceniodawców korzystanie z platformy jest bezpłatne.

Mogą być oferowane akcje ograniczone czasowo lub ilościowo (np. bezpłatne miejsca dla założycieli); odpowiednie warunki akcji są wykazywane osobno.
(1) Umowa o członkostwo zostaje zawarta wraz z zakończeniem procesu zamówienia. Rozliczenie odbywa się za pośrednictwem naszego dostawcy usług płatniczych Stripe przy użyciu zapisanego środka płatniczego.
(2) Członkostwo trwa miesięcznie i przedłuża się automatycznie o kolejny miesiąc, dopóki nie zostanie wypowiedziane. Opłata jest wymagalna z góry na początku danego okresu rozliczeniowego.
Członkostwo można wypowiedzieć w każdej chwili ze skutkiem na koniec bieżącego okresu rozliczeniowego – wygodnie i bez podania przyczyn za pomocą funkcji „Zarządzaj/anuluj subskrypcję" w panelu (portal klienta Stripe) lub e-mailem na adres info@auftragio.com.
(1) Po wejściu wypowiedzenia w życie płatna widoczność kończy się z końcem już opłaconego okresu; już uiszczone opłaty za trwające okresy nie są zwracane proporcjonalnie, chyba że jest to bezwzględnie wymagane przez prawo.
(2) Prawo do nadzwyczajnego wypowiedzenia z ważnego powodu pozostaje nienaruszone dla obu stron.
Ponieważ członkostwo premium jest skierowane do przedsiębiorców, nie przysługuje ustawowe konsumenckie prawo odstąpienia. Jeśli w indywidualnym przypadku wyjątkowo wystąpi umowa konsumencka, obowiązują ustawowe przepisy o ochronie konsumentów; w takim przypadku w procesie zamówienia udostępniane jest osobne pouczenie o odstąpieniu.
Możemy zmieniać ceny i usługi dla przyszłych okresów rozliczeniowych z odpowiednim wyprzedzeniem. Jeśli nie zgadzasz się ze zmianą, możesz wypowiedzieć umowę ze skutkiem na moment wejścia zmiany w życie; jeśli następnie nadal korzystasz z członkostwa, zmianę uznaje się za przyjętą.
Wraz z końcem członkostwa wygasają płatne funkcje (np. widoczność dla nowych zapytań). Konto i profil mogą – o ile nie zostaną osobno usunięte – pozostać. W przypadku blokady z powodu naruszeń (por. OWH) płatna usługa może wygasnąć bez zwrotu, o ile naruszenie to uzasadnia.
